    Yes — we offer custom sizing, personalized logos, custom color schemes, and driver name embroidery on our custom-made suits.

  2. What sizes do you offer?

    Our suits run from 3XS to 3XL, covering both ready-made and custom-fit options.

  3. Do you make suits for kids and women?

    Yes, we carry women's and youth-friendly options alongside our standard lineup.

  4. Which teams/drivers can I get a suit styled after?

    We offer replica-style suits inspired by Ferrari, Mercedes, Red Bull, McLaren, Aston Martin, Alpine, Williams, Alfa Romeo, Audi, Stake, RB, and more.

Shipping

  1. Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes — 100% free express shipping worldwide, no minimum order required.

  2. How long does shipping take?

    Ready-made products: 4–7 business days. Custom-made products: 8–10 business days (includes tailoring time).

  3. When will my order be processed?

    Ready-made orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment. Custom orders begin production once your design/measurements are confirmed.

  4. Will I get a tracking number?

    Yes, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

  5. Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

    Shipping is free, but any customs, duties, or local taxes required by your country are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

  1. What's your return policy?

    30 days from delivery to request a return, as long as the item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  2. Can I return a custom suit?

    No — custom/personalized items (special orders, embroidery, custom colors) are non-returnable, along with sale items and gift cards.

  3. What if my suit arrives damaged or wrong?

    Contact us immediately at customgokartsuit@gmail.com and we'll evaluate and resolve it.

  4. How long do refunds take?

    Once your return is approved, refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.
